1,000mg Vitamin C, 125mg Sodium Ascorbate and 500mg Phosphatidylcholine per serving. 30 servings per bottle.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Natural Fruit Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (less than .1%) and Organic Stevia. Soy and Corn free.
